Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Join Famous Footwear’s Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift. This shift is scheduled for 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Sat‑Wed. In this role, you’ll work with RF scanners to pick and pack shipments. In our fast‑paced, fun, team‑oriented environment, you’ll provide high attention to detail as you meet production goals and celebrate team wins along the way.

• Order Picking and Packing:
  Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receiving and Inspection:
  Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation.

  Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; years of experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective time management and positive team player required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation, required.
