Our Part Time Gig associates are eligible to receive weekly pay bonuses, employee discounts, student incentive pay, access to employee gym, and offers the opportunity to move into a full‑time positions in the future.
This position is a great fit for anyone who has experience or is interested in logistics and distribution fields. This position will be given thorough hands‑on training.
Daily Responsibilities- Stand, bend, stoop, and walk on concrete and grated floors for the entirety of your shift.
- Lift up to 45 lbs. and climb stairs.
- Be reliable and consistent with your schedule and work hours.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Help keep the warehouse clean and safe.
- Utilize a hand‑held computer for various functions.
- Perform multiple tasks within the warehouse that could vary daily, weekly and monthly.
- Picking:
Follow instructions given via handheld scanning computer and place product into cartons that are shipped to customers and stores. - Replenishment:
Refill product locations to ensure enough inventory for daily shipments. - Receiving:
Unload trailers and organize boxes of product onto pallets. - Shipping:
Load trailers with product for customers and stores.
As a Gig employee you will be able to customize your schedule to flexible hours and days that work best for your needs. Gig employees may trade, offer, and cancel their 4‑hour work shifts as needed with manager approval.
Qualifications- Skills – Experience in logistics or distribution preferred but not required.
- Preferred – High school diploma or better.
- Behaviors – Dedicated; motivated to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.
- Motivations – Flexibility to set your own schedule and goals.
