Warehouse Replenishment Associate

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Overtime opportunities offered when business needs arise.

The Warehouse Replenishment Associate is responsible for moving and locating incoming components from Permobil suppliers from Receiving into the warehouse. Using tools such as bar‑code scanners and personal computers, the Associate ensures that incoming components are placed into locations in the warehouse and specifies the location to the warehouse tracking system. This role operates as swing reach, sit‑down forklift and cherry picker as needed.

This role will also work closely with the Production, Warehouse, and Receiving Supervisors. Teamwork and collaboration with these and other groups is a necessity. Adherence to all Safety practices and company policies is required.

Physically and visually inspect components for proper labeling and identification.

Partner with Assembly, Incoming Inspection, and Warehouse teams to understand material that is ready to move to the warehouse.

Communicate non‑conformances to operators, supervisors, and managers.

Understand and use scanning tools, warehouse software, and other tools as necessary.

Operate proficiently powered industrial trucks (e.g., swing reach, sit‑down forklift & cherry picker).

Be a liaison between warehouse and other staff.

Flex into other warehouse, picking, receiving & counting roles as needed.

Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality capability of Assembly operations.

Highlight cross‑functional collaboration and ownership.

Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 3 yr forklift experience required. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience desired.

Working knowledge of the warehouse management system and warehouse locations.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
