Lead Fulfillment Associate

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at Amazon in our Transportation & Logistics warehouse operations, you'll guide a team to safely pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will coordinate workflow across Warehouse & Manufacturing areas, monitor quality and productivity metrics, and resolve issues on the floor. You'll train and mentor associates, enforce safety and standard work procedures, and support process improvements using data and Amazon best practices.

Partner with operations leaders to meet daily targets, drive a customer-obsessed culture, and ensure an efficient, high-performance fulfillment environment.
