Cherry Picker Operators Compensation and

Hours:

• $19.50 - $20.75 an hour
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Overtime worked as required

Cherry Picker Operator Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift for a minimum of six months in recent years is required.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working throughout an entire shift.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cherry Picker Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker forklift to pick, replenish, and store inventory at various rack heights.
• Accurately pull customer orders using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying product numbers and quantities.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
