Location: Lebanon, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate/Clerk to join a dynamic team in Lebanon, TN! If you like a mix of hands‑on warehouse work and administrative tasks—and you want to contribute to the backbone of our day‑to‑day operations—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do Every Day:Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and care
Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders to ensure they arrive on time
Load and unload trucks safely using a sit-down forklift (training provided)
Label, count, organize, and stage materials for streamlined operations
Keep inventory up to date and help fulfill customer orders quickly
Accurately enter shipping and inventory data into our system
Handle Bills of Lading (BOL) and other important shipping documents
Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
Maintain meticulous shipping and receiving records for tracking and compliance
Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment
Pitch in with general warehouse tasks as part of a supportive team
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics required
Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (forklift test required)
Comfort using computers and performing data entry
Experience with shipping and warehouse documentation, including BOLs
Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—accuracy matters!
Capable of lifting materials and moving efficiently in a busy warehouse
Valid driver’s license required
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
