Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Looking for Shipping and Receiving Associate jobs in Lebanon where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Forklift experience required; forklift test completed before hire
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience staging, locating, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading products

• Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Perform computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation
• Assist with order fulfillment and product movement throughout the facility
• Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
