Job Duties

• Safely operate a Reach Truck and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Accurately scan, handle, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory movement, staging, palletizing, and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent Reach Truck Raymond and Hyster brand or forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience on dock equipment Raymond stand-up (within the last year).
• Ability to obtain Reach Truck certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Steel-toes.

As a Reach Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

The Reach Operator supports warehouse productivity by safely transporting palletized inventory using specialized reach truck equipment. This position combines equipment operation, inventory awareness, and workplace safety to support efficient warehouse operations.
