Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment. Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices. Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment. Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do As a Reach Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

A Reach Operator contributes to successful warehouse operations by safely moving products throughout storage and distribution areas using reach truck equipment. This position requires careful attention to detail, equipment proficiency, and workplace awareness. The Reach Operator supports inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and efficient product flow while maintaining safe material handling practices.
