Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Lebanon where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse and shop materials and equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify mechanical issues or needed repairs.
• Use hand and power tools to complete basic maintenance.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for upcoming jobs.
• Load and unload materials, maintaining proper storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse.
• Assist with inventory, ensuring supplies and equipment are accounted for.
• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day shop and maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
