Ferguson is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.
Schedule 1st Shift
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with a 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM start time, depending on job responsibilities.
- Starting Pay: $20.00per hour
- Hourly or Incentive Bonus
- Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)

- Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work
