We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join a fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, locating, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Warehouse Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.42 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Accurately pick and retrieve tires from designated storage locations according to order specifications.
- Efficiently build and organize pallets, ensuring proper stacking, wrapping, and securing of products to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, with a preference for candidates experienced with Electronic Pallet Jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting for extended periods.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
- Proficiency in palletizing and building stable, secure loads.
- Experience operating an Electronic Pallet Jack.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continuing to maintain constant awareness of surroundings.
- Ability to lift between 25-50lbs consistently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
