Warehouse Assistant

SERVPRO is hiring a Warehouse Assistant I to support our restoration and construction teams. In this entry-level role, you'll help receive, label, and organize materials and equipment, stage tools and supplies for crews, and load/unload trucks for daily jobs. You'll maintain a clean, safe warehouse, follow OSHA and SERVPRO safety standards, and assist with basic inventory counts and documentation. This on-site role offers hands-on exposure to restoration projects, opportunities for industry training and certifications, and a clear path for growth within SERVPRO's national franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store materials, equipment, and supplies in the warehouse
• Stage tools, equipment, and materials for daily restoration and construction jobs
• Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring items are secured and protected from damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in line with OSHA and SERVPRO standards
• Assist with regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and basic inventory documentation
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and damage; report issues to supervisors
• Prepare and restock restoration kits and consumable supplies for field crews
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and material handling
• Coordinate with crew leaders and project managers on timely order preparation and returns
• Support general facility upkeep and minor maintenance tasks as needed
