Job DescriptionOperations Lead – 2 nd Shift M-F
Join Famous Footwear’s Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Lead, Operations
. In this role, you will assure administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely matter conveyed to the leadership team.
What will you be doing?
- Administer safety policies: Adhere to, and assist in the administration of all safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention
- Data tracking: Assist leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance
- Operational reporting: Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
- Review inventory :
Perform physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Distribution Center experience 1+ years
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently
- Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions
- Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks
