Permobil is hiring a Shipping Specialist for the 2nd shift.

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential
• Shift: 2nd Shift

  Full-time, Tuesday-Friday, 4:00pm-2:30am
• Location:
  
  Lebanon

• Process, package and prepare product to ship.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and carriers to ensure shipments leave on time to meet customers' needs and stay within service level.
• Build relationships with carriers to ensure timely pickups and loading/wait times and troubleshoot any Over, Short and Damaged (OS&D) claims or return issues.
• Prepare proper documentation for international shipments (commercial invoices, shipper's letter of intent, and other declarations) and create bookings in a timely manner.
• Keep track and report inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Provide tracking and other information to customer service.
• Prepare shipment of orders with quality packaging and loading.
• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

• High School or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Common working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of common warehouse procedures (preferred).
• 6 months or more of Shipping and/or Receiving experience (preferred).
• Powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
