The Visual Instructor position in Ledyard HS Colonel Marching Band is a part-time, seasonal role focusing on visual execution, posture, and movement aesthetics of the wind and percussion ensemble. Reports to the Marching Band Director and supports show design and rehearsals.
Preferred candidates will have marching experience and knowledge of pageantry arts dance, choreography, and marching techniques, with the ability to guide students and refine drill timing during performances.
