Job Description

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, the HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring processes, administering benefits and leave, and ensuring the effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and smooth working environment.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related HR management role.

Recruitment & Hiring:
Oversee and manage the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.

Benefits & Leave Administration:
Administer employee benefits and leave policies, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

HR Policies & Procedures:
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to, promoting a fair and consistent work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
