Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Casual Team Member serves as a brand ambassador responsible for executing local marketing activations throughout the state of Connecticut, in nearby north‑east regional areas, and on property at Foxwoods, engaging with consumers, and ensuring Wondr Nation establishes strong community connections. The role spends over 50% of their time in the field promoting Wondr Nation and designated partners at events, festivals and other community touchpoints.

Casual Team Members will be the eyes and ears of the brand, gathering feedback, building strong connections with our audience, and helping the Wondr Nation team achieve its performance goals. Must possess excellent communication and people skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and be willing to work flexible hours during nights, weekends and holidays.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field desired, or currently pursuing related coursework. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a guest experience role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience executing events, promotions, or activations required. (1) to (2) years working directly with the public required.

Prior experience as a brand ambassador a plus.
