CT Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CT Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in or around Ledyard, CT. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $46/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend metal and plastic piping
• Install and assemble piping systems using soldered, brazed, glued, threaded, or welded connections
• Secure piping systems using brackets, clamps, and supports
• Perform plumbing installations as part of a hotel renovation project
• Conduct pressure and leak testing to ensure system safety and functionality
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut P2 Plumbing License required
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Experience measuring, cutting, threading, and installing piping systems
• Ability to perform pressure and leak testing
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have plumbing tools of the trade
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
