I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we’re a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
