Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, alogistics and freight brokerage company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers, carriers, and internal operations teams.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with obtaining proof of delivery, managing carrier communication, and handling documentation requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and business partners.
• Support general administrative and customer service functions as needed.

• 2+ years of customer service, logistics, transportation, or related experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
