Leader Education in Leeds is seeking a Primary School SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with behavioral difficulties in both mainstream and specialist SEND schools.
The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist in developing children's confidence and independence, and adapt approaches to meet individual needs. Experience is desirable but not essential; passion for supporting children is key.
