New Directions Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in SEN Resource Provisions within mainstream schools. You will support pupils with additional needs in a structured, supportive environment while being part of a wider school community.
Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, implementing differentiated activities, supporting EHCPs, and collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to monitor progress and provide feedback.
