SEN​/SEMH Cover Supervisor

New Directions Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) provisions in the LEEDS area starting this September.

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged in learning
• Deliver pre-set work and maintain a structured classroom environment

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
• Confidence managing behaviour and leading groups

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An interest in SEN/SEMH education
• Flexibility to work across different settings
