We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Water Team  role is based across our offices in Birmingham, Chesterfield, Leeds and Manchester, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical design for Water and Wastewater Treatment projects covering Feasibility, Outline, Detail and Construction Design Stages, following National and International Design Standards.
• Develop Load Schedules, Single Line Diagrams, MCC General Arrangements, Instrument Schedules, Electrical Installation and Cable Calculations, PLC / SCADA, Control Philosophy, URS, Specifications, and Technical Reports.
• Provide input on P&IDs, conduct Site Surveys and Data Gathering.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams locally and nationwide, communicating and delivering high technical quality, contributing to bids, interfacing with clients and collaborators from conception to handover, delivering quality designs within agreed budgets and programmes.
• Support delivery for clients such as Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water, South West Water, Southern Water, Thames Water and Irish Water on projects covering water and wastewater infrastructure.

• Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables with multidisciplinary knowledge.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, accountability for assigned work and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑motivated engineer capable of working independently or as part of an integrated team.
• Suitable qualifications or working towards Chartership with a relevant Professional Institution.
