• Manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist sector.
• Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on planning policy, strategies, and development feasibility.
• Contribute to business development and help shape the consultancy's ongoing success.

• Hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, ideally with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
• Have experience in either the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.
• Be proactive, problem‑solving, and enthusiastic about specialist projects.
• Be confident in building client relationships and communicating effectively.
• Enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are comfortable with an office-based schedule five days a week.
