How you'll make a difference

You will lead credit risk forecasting and stress testing initiatives, whilst work closely with Finance and Commercial to help ensure the Corporate Plan remains within risk appetite. • Strong experience in credit risk management, including portfolio analysis, forecasting and stress testing.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS9, ICAAP and financial planning processes and experience of delivering stress testing/ICAAP exercises.
  • Broad and comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and associated regulatory landscapes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and uncertain environment, making sound judgements under pressure.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance risk, return and customer considerations.
And in return, you'll get the best from us
  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
  • Annual bonus of up to 12%
  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme

You'll be joining a truly purpose-focused culture which helped us win the Leading with Purpose award at the 2023
