Position: Correspondence Officer - 35802

Job Overview

This role will be part time (approx 22.2 hours), permanent, can be 3 full days or 4/5 shorter days. You will be expected to attend the Leeds office 1 day per week.

Responsibilities
  • Managing correspondence and gathering information to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Managing and responding to complaints.
  • Analyzing data and running reports.
  • Providing ministerial briefings.
  • Leading on high profile and complex work within the team.
  • Working with others to manage reputational risks.
Qualifications
  • Ability to develop/maintain excellent relationships with internal/external customers.
  • Delivery of work by planning, tracking, gathering and maintaining data/information.
  • Flexible approach and able to adapt to changing priorities while managing workload.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Political awareness.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in using MS Office & MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written, working with a diverse range of people at all levels.
