Job Overview
This role will be part time (approx 22.2 hours), permanent, can be 3 full days or 4/5 shorter days. You will be expected to attend the Leeds office 1 day per week.
Responsibilities- Managing correspondence and gathering information to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Managing and responding to complaints.
- Analyzing data and running reports.
- Providing ministerial briefings.
- Leading on high profile and complex work within the team.
- Working with others to manage reputational risks.
- Ability to develop/maintain excellent relationships with internal/external customers.
- Delivery of work by planning, tracking, gathering and maintaining data/information.
- Flexible approach and able to adapt to changing priorities while managing workload.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Political awareness.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in using MS Office & MS Teams.
- Excellent communication skills, especially written, working with a diverse range of people at all levels.
