• Lead day‑to‑day operations across assigned ready‑mix concrete locations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop teams by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting growth.
• Partner with sales, dispatch, and plant leadership to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
• Monitor operational metrics and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality, and productivity.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance principles with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Proven capability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple locations or work groups.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments. The Area Manager regularly visits ready‑mix concrete plants and job sites, works around moving equipment, and partners closely with frontline teams. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required in operational areas.

• Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan
