About the Organization The Royal Standard, founded in 1995, designs unique accessories for home and fashion. We operate retail stores and wholesale showrooms across the U.S., including 7 retail locations in Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama and showrooms in Dallas and Atlanta.

This role supports day‑to‑day warehouse operations with a focus on safety, equipment handling, pallet preparation, and communication with the front office team.

• Perform basic warehouse maintenance to keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently, maintaining active forklift certification.
• Prepare outbound shipments including wrapping pallets, arranging boxes, and ensuring proper load stability.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate repair services (forklift, scale calibration, etc.).
• Use saws, drills, hammers, ladders, and other hand tools as needed.
• Sort and stack pallets with care to minimize product damage during shipping.
• Load and unload trucks, lift up to 50 lbs consistently during the shift.
• Communicate clearly with the front office team regarding pallet details, shipment status, and BOL information.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when labeling pallets accurately and consistently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification with proven experience.
• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience (strongly preferred).
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong communication skills and a reliability‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
