Our Team Leaders in HMCTS National Services play a critical role in delivering justice. This role will enable you to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills by ensuring your team delivers business objectives through excellent administrative support and customer service to service users and key stakeholders.

The role of a manager is at the heart of HMCTS operations, shaped by the Civil Service Line Management Standards. It is rewarding, challenging, and essential to our success. We are looking for managers who can drive strong performance, manage attendance effectively, and champion reward and recognition.

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding service.

• Prioritise, plan, allocate and manage work to meet or exceed agreed targets.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage difficult and challenging situations, resolving problems swiftly and professionally.

• Analyse data to make informed decisions to improve and maintain performance.

• Use IT and learn new systems to support the team’s work efficiently.
