** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.

+ Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance.

+ Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

+ Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

+ Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals.

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

+ Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.

+ Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.

+ Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

+ Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture.

** Work Environment*
* + Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

+ Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

+ May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.

+ Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
