Position Overview
This is a permanent part‑time role. You will work approximately 7‑9 hours per week, across all stores, depending on store size and project requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesScan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The collected data is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.
Provide the quantity for roughly 45% of the products you scan each week.
Complete full‑store display scanning every week and additional custom projects, which can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for certain weeks.
Adhere to weekly deadlines and report to the store within the specified time frame.

Mass Retail – Leeds, AL 35094 – Sunday, Monday or Tuesday
Grocery – BIRMINGHAM, AL 35243 – Wednesday or Thursday
Other store types include grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores. We work with major brand retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and other national chains, as well as small independent retailers.
Qualifications- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
- Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and to access products throughout the store.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend, stretch, stoop, and stand as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
- Access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
- Tech savvy.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
