Assist customers at the firearms counter and on the floor with product knowledge;
Identify customer needs and recommend products in hunting and outdoor gear;
Promote store programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup;
Maintain firearm counter organization and compliance with store policies;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, stocked sales area
