Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;
Coach and train outfitters and store leadership; develop and implement CLUB training (CLUB 101) for new Outfitters;
Promote CLUB benefits and programs; ensure staff are knowledgeable about promotions;
Lead CLUB metrics, compliance programs, and action plans to improve performance;
Coordinate and execute onsite and offsite CLUB events and recognition initiatives
