Position: Arena Premium Sales Lead — Corporate Partnerships

About the Role

Drive revenue and elevate premium experiences at one of the UK’s leading arenas. You’ll win new business, secure high-value corporate partnerships, and grow key client relationships—consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional hospitality.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a maternity cover position and, if successful, the fixed term contract is for 10 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and a strong forward-thinking sales pipeline.
  • Maximising revenue by upselling and cross‑selling across key accounts and the wider premium portfolio.
  • Building and strengthening high‑value relationships, unlocking new opportunities with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Delivering targeted sales campaigns and innovative, compelling proposals that convert and exceed performance metrics.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally and representing the brand at events to ensure exceptional customer experiences and generate new leads.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, creative approach to sourcing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the discipline to track and report on pipelines, performance, and results.
  • A high‑energy, target‑driven mindset with a collaborative, team‑focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
