Account Executive (Hybrid)
We are assistingour client, a leading,Global insurance brokerage in Leeds. They are looking to appoint an experienced Account Executive to join its growing Advisory division in Leeds.
This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion and offers an excellent platform for an ambitious, relationship-led professional to take ownership of an established book while continuing to grow their portfolio in a very supportive environment.
You can expect to manageand develop a £200k income portfolio of commercial clients which will see you act as a trusted adviser, delivering tailored insurance and risk solutions. A big part of your role will be to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and strengthen client programmes, drive organic growth through networking, introducers, and internal lead generation whilst maintaining strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and service excellence.
There is a diverse commercial client base including Retail, Haulage & Transport, Wholesale, Manufacturing and other general commercialsectors, with an opportunity to shape your portfolio around your expertise and interests
- Hybrid working (approx. 2 days in the office)

- Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
This role would suit someone who enjoys developing existing relationships, spotting opportunities, and working in a structured but growth-focused environment, without being purely driven by aggressive new business targets. Even if you are an excellent handler that is client facing with proven ability to impact the income of the client, we would like to speak to you.
