Ready Mix Driver

Operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites.

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment readiness and safety.
• Load, transport, and discharge concrete in accordance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and compliance documentation.

• Valid CDL.
• Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures, directions, and schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to perform the physical tasks associated with the role.

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

This role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour.
