** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
* Deliver quality product in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
* Follow company safety policies, traffic laws, and operational procedures at all times.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
* Ability to operate equipment efficiently and follow established procedures.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
* Ability to perform job duties in a physically demanding environment and adapt to changing work conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
* Candidates with
** one year or more of RMC experience
** are eligible for a **$1,500 sign-on bonus**, payable after 90 days of successful employment
