Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have the experience and dedication to lead a room and inspire young minds? We’re looking for a motivated and caring Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive team!

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of one of our nursery rooms. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop through play and learning.

Hours:

40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

• Lead and manage a team of practitioners within your room
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are met
• Maintain accurate records and support children's learning and development
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Work with management team to ensure high standards are met within setting.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
• Room Leader or senior nursery experience (preferred)
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic personality
