With 28 years of experience in early years education and an NNEB qualification, I began my journey as a Nursery Nurse and have since had the privilege of working with children of all ages-from newborns upwards.

I'm incredibly proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team who go above and beyond each day to support every child's growth, development, and happiness.

At Wragby Road, we place great value on the relationships we build with our families. Our experienced team delivers rich and engaging activities designed to promote learning and development in a warm, nurturing environment.

From the moment you step through the door, you'll be welcomed by a cosy, family feel where children feel safe, comfortable, and truly  outdoor area includes an exciting log cabin for enriched learning, dedicated gardens for each age group, and free-flow access for under-3s-ensuring that our children can explore, learn, and thrive.

We love working in partnership with our families, offering regular stay-and-play sessions, parent information evenings, and open communication every step of the way.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• A true love for child development and care
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years

Hours:

Monday - Friday, Full Time and Part Time, 25 hours per week

Salary:
Up to £13.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Storal is the highest of standards when it coming to safeguarding, the welfare of children and creating a work environment the encourages feedback-discussion-resilience. We take our role in the safety of children, our families and our team extremely seriously. As governed by the EYFS, we have a designated safeguarding lead in each setting and all staff (and volunteers) complete a through compliance checks prior to employment including employment references & DBS.
