A welcoming and well‑organised Primary School in Harrow is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from April.

This is a great opportunity to step into a structured and supportive EYFS setting where strong routines, positive relationships and clear expectations are central to daily practice.

• Supporting children within Nursery or Reception
• Delivering play‑based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
• Supporting early phonics and communication development
• Helping maintain consistent routines and behaviour expectations
• Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
• Encouraging independence and confidence in young learners

• Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants
• Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners
• Support staff with Nursery or Reception experience
• Individuals with a patient and nurturing approach
• Graduates interested in early childhood education

• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• Understanding of early child development
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
