We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader to join our friendly early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and creating a warm, stimulating space where children can thrive.

The role at a glance:40 hours per week Working hours between 7:45am and 6:00pm (shift patterns within this window)
Option to condense hours into 4 days per week

Term time only option available for the right candidate

What you’ll be doing :

Leading the toddler room with confidence, care and consistency

Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

Supporting and guiding your team to maintain high standards of practice

Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children

Building strong relationships with parents and carers

What we’re looking for:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Previous leadership experience preferredA genuine passion for supporting toddlers’ learning and development

Strong organisational and communication skillsA positive, proactive and team-focused approach

Flexibility to work within the setting’s opening hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
