This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is ready to take the next step in their early years career. You'll be leading a dedicated team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and helping to give our youngest children the very best start in life.
What You'll Be DoingAs our Baby Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of the room, providing high-quality care and creating a warm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, loved and supported.
You'll:
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners
- Plan engaging activities that support each child's development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the room maintains the highest standards of care, safety and learning
- Support and mentor team members to help them grow and succeed
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where both children and staff can thrive
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
- Has experience leading a nursery room, preferably within a baby room
- Is caring, patient and genuinely passionate about working with children
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
- Enjoys supporting and motivating others
- Can create a fun, engaging and nurturing environment for every child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
