Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – LS11
Location: LS11, Leeds
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Wefers looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who brings energy, care, and consistency to the room. Youfll be supporting children aged 0–5 in a safe, engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
This is a hands-on role where youfll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality early years education in line with EYFS.
What You Were Doing- Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Supporting childrenfs emotional, social, and physical development through play and routine
- Acting as a key worker and building strong relationships with children and families
- Observing, assessing, and recording progress
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment at all times
- Working closely with your team to keep standards high and consistent
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A calm, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Someone reliable, team-focused, and ready to get stuck in

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
