Salary: £27,000.00 per annum (£12.98 per hour), 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vision, using commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to a range of situations.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and set departmental targets and objectives.
• Lead and manage the front office team.
• Build a high‑performing team across the division.
• Operate flexible shift patterns across 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with emphasis on evenings and weekends; shift patterns and contracted hours are discussed at interview.
• Collaborate with apprenticeship and brand training opportunities.
