• Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
• Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B services.
• Improves the department's results by increasing sales and the productivity of F&B points of sale.

• Enhances guest satisfaction
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
• Ensures guests receive a warm and personalized welcome

• Organises and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts
• Checks that sales materials are well presented

• Sets daily sales targets for the team
• Analyses guests' comments and shares them with the team
• Keeps close track of what the competition is doing and encourages upselling techniques
• Develops excellent relations with guests

• Supervises purchasing for the restaurant, manages stocks and ensures purchasing targets are met
• Ensures equipment and assets remain in good condition and working order
• Flexible to cover last-minute operational challenges (e.g., delay flight, staff sickness)
• Ensures that food and beverage costs comply with hotel and brand requirements

• Keeps equipment and furniture in good condition
• Ensures machinery works reliably and follows up on technical work
• Maintains hygiene and food safety standards in all F&B areas
• Sets up an action plan based on hygiene analysis results and tracks implementation
• Applies and ensures hotel's security regulations (in case of fire, etc.)
• Responsible for the security of people and property in the area under remit
• Maintains high grooming and uniform standards

• Previous experience in leading team members
• Strong restaurant/bar service experience
• Ability to effectively manage fast-paced environments within the restaurant, bar

• Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
• To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
