• To supervise bar staff whilst on site.
• Manage bar operations
• To conduct duties in a manner that reflects the business in a positive way.
• Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach
• Supporting the team while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Take charge of monitoring team activity and assisting customers.

• Experience in supervising a bar/ managing a cellar
• Be an excellent leader
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Smart and tidy appearance
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player
• Good attention to detail and proactive
• Reliable and punctual
