Reception Team Leader

Type of contract:
Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

40 per week (Monday – Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

* Oversee and inspire the team, fostering creativity and operational excellence.

* Ensure that all catering requirements are met with the highest quality.

* Set the standard for excellence, leading by example.

* Serve as the primary contact for clients and Account Managers.

* Prepare team rotas and assist with recruitment, HR tasks, and performance reviews.

* Greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism.

* Organise meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV support tailored to client needs.
