We are currently recruiting for a Meeting & Events Manager to join our professional services client in Leeds. This is a pivotal role overseeing Room Bookings, Switchboard and Facilities Helpdesk services, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, events and client experiences across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing Client Experience & Service Excellence
  • Leading the delivery of an exceptional meetings and events service.
  • Ensuring all client calls are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively exceeding expectations.
  • Managing enquiries via telephone, email and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Building strong knowledge of client preferences and maintaining service consistency.
Meetings & Events Oversight
  • Overseeing all meeting room bookings, including VC and on-the-day requests.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are fully prepared, including AV, food & beverage and room setup.
  • Monitoring room readiness and maintaining full visibility of room status at all times.
  • Coordinating large bookings and next‑day requirements with service partners.
  • Promoting and supporting the visitor registration system for events and meetings.
  • Running booking system reports and maintaining accurate data.
Leadership & Communication
  • Acting as a key liaison between client services, facilities, security and hospitality teams.
  • Escalating and resolving service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Providing clear shift handovers and maintaining operational continuity.
  • Supporting and training team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintaining strong awareness of business activity across the site.
